Waitrose Cookery School

Fresh, quality food is at the heart of the Waitrose offering, with an emphasis on where its food comes from, how it has been produced and what it contains. After years of bringing busy shoppers top notch ingredients, Waitrose decided to go one step further and open the Waitrose Cookery School. There are currently three schools:

Finchley Road

The Flagship. This is where the Teflon Diamond Standard Awards Finals will be held.
At Finchley they focus on day courses, half days and evenings. Here you'll find a range of cuisines on offer from Italian to American; skills courses to sharpen and hone your cooking; and courses to help you entertain friends and family.

Salisbury

At the heart of the home.
In Salisbury; their day courses, short sessions and demonstrations are all designed to bring people together with delicious food. It could be a new cuisine; matching wine with food; entertaining friends; or simply at home cooking with your children.

King's Cross

The next chapter.
King's Cross offers modern approach to food; tapping into global and local food trends. A melting pot of world cuisines, express foods and new ideas.
